ARDFERT GREYHOUND STADIUM

The Kerry town of Ardfert was the home of a greyhound track in the late 1920s just after greyhound racing had been introduced to the UK. It was situated at 9° 46' W 52° 19' N and first hosted racing in 1929. However, by 1930 it had closed.
